Francesca fixed my knee with one acupuncture apt and I'm looking forward to going back to fix my hip (yes.... I'm only 32.... ). I have also been suffering with a variety of food intolerances for years and have had many invasive surgeries to try and figure it out. No one could!! Within 2 visits with Rowena and Francesca we've managed to pin point my issues and with my change in diet, I feel so much better! I had a life threatening illness I was trying too recover from which affected me physically & mentally. I was in a lot of pain all the time and the moment I sort after sessions with Jo I started feeling less pain and more movement each session in my foot it was unbelievable what a amazing experience. the town really is so lucky to have such a alternative healing and health clinic in the community I recommend Holistic Healing to anyone that needs help with anything.

I have spent many years thinking I suffered from a sore back. After having a food intolerance test with Rowena we discovered I am dairy intolerent. After 4 weeks of no dairy I am completely pain free. I also had my blood tested which showed toxins from the chemicals I use for cleaning and a few other things showed up but that has also changed dramatically by changing my lifestyle slightly.
